Returns & Exchanges

If your new furniture isn't the perfect fit, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Item

  Disassemble the item (if applicable) and secure it in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Our logistics partner will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a convenient time for the return collection.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus a restocking fee.
